About Dr. Kling!

Dr. Alan Kling studied medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduation, he did a medical residency at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and a dermatology residency at the Skin and Cancer Unit in the Department of Dermatology at the New York University Medical Center.

After completing his medical studies, Dr. Alan Kling started a private practice. Dr. Alan Kling’s hospital affiliation is with the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. A leading research and treatment hospital, The Mount Sinai Medical Center is considered one of the best medical institutions in the United States. Dr. Kling is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and is an active participant in the educational programs of the medical center. He regularly teaches medical students, residents, and fellows at the medical school and hospital.

Dr. Kling is a member of the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York and previously served as President of that organization. Dr. Alan Kling also belongs to the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Alan Kling received his certification from the American Board of Dermatology.
